2. Dispatch Time

Our team is working hard to get your orders out as soon as possible. Kindly allow up to 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for dispatch. 

 

Shipping Information

 

1. How to track your parcel?
  • You'll find your tracking number in your shipment confirmation email titled “Kimglowy” Your order is on its way”. Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking to show as it takes time between packing and first scan when onboard for delivery
  •  You'll also receive a follow-up email confirming which one of our couriers will be delivering your order.
  • You can click on the tracking number in either of these emails. This will take you through to the tracking page where you can keep an eye on the progress of your order.

NOTE: For orders containing only 1, 2 or 3 COSRX Pimple Master Patch, it will be delivered via untracked letter service, so you will not receive any tracking information.

 

2. Changing/cancelling your order
  • Kindly double check to make sure all shipping details are correct. We cannot guarantee that changes to products and/or shipping details can be made once order confirmation is sent to you. 
  • In the case of a refund request before an order has been sent to the warehouse, please note that for all orders made via Afterpay, a fee of 6% will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover for Afterpay Merchant fees that are not refunded to us.

3. Delivering parcels.
  • For shipping address, we strongly advise you to use an address where someone is available to collect the parcel during business hours Monday to Friday. If no one is available to collect the parcel, the courier might leave the parcel at the address only if it is deemed safe to do so, otherwise you are responsible for picking up the parcel at a location given to you.
  • If a parcel is returned to KimGlowy because it was unclaimed or had the incorrect address submitted with the order, the customer is responsible for an additional handling & postage fee of $20 to have it re-delivered. If you prefer a refund on the returned parcel, we will deduct $20 off the total order amount (excluding Express Shipping charges) to cover handling & postage fees. KimGlowy is not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and does not offer replacement packages.
  • KimGlowy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, unless it is lost or stolen during transit. That's why we offer tracked shipping for most orders and parcels where the status "Delivered" or "Completed" will be deemed as delivered.

    4. Staying Safe

    Our priority is safety for you and us. 

    On the advice of VIC Department of Health, we have followed hygiene and social distancing requirements in our warehouse, including:

      • Social distancing
      • Mask – wearing at all times
      • Twice-daily deep cleans
      • Hand sanitiser at every workstation

    Our team is working hard to fulfil your order as quickly as possible.

     

    5. Staying positive

    During this strange time, we’re experiencing panic, stress and fear at some points. We get used to the term “mental health” and it’s easy to get lost in it.
