3. Are your products cruelty free?

Yes they are. NONE of our products or individual ingredients have been tested on animals. In addition, many of our products are suitable for vegans.

4. Are your products authentic?

At Kim Glowy, we are 100% sure that our products are authentic from Korea. We have the best products at the best price.

 

 

Orders

 

1. Can I change my orders?

Once your order has been placed and approved, you cannot make a change on your orders. 

If your order has not yet shipped, however, you may be able to make the necessary change (shipping address, shipping methods, replace items) by contacting Customer Service.

2. How can I track my order status?

3. What should I do if I receive products that are not in my order?

If you have received an incorrect product, we recommend that you contact Customer Service or shoot us an email at info@kimglowy.com.au and let the representative know the details of your order, they will assist you further :)

4. Can I order in bulk?

Yes, we do offer bulk orders. Please contact Customer Service.

We offer Afterpay and Zippay fee beside normal Credit Card payment.

Returns & Exchange

 

1. Do you offer returns or exchange? What is your return & exchange policy?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, we do not offer refund/return/exchange on orders once shipped unless items inside the box are damaged when received.

All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we do try our best to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. If you receive a box with damaged items inside, please contact our Customer Service or shoot us an email at info@kimglowy.com.au within 14 days, along with photos of the damaged product(s) (damaged box not included as it does not affect the quality of products inside).

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on damaged goods.

This applies for Skincare products only.

2. How can I cancel an order?

Once an order has been placed, we do not allow for order or item cancellation. We kindly suggest that you read the product information carefully before confirming your order.

 

Membership & Loyalty Points

 

1. How can I earn loyalty points?

To earn loyalty points and use it in your order, please register for membership and join our Kim Glowy community. Once you are a member, you will automatically earn points on every order :-)

Here are the ways you can earn points:

  • Earn 100 Points when you create an account

  • Earn 1 Points for every $1.00 you spend in our store

  • Earn 100 Points on your birthday

  • Earn 50 Points when you leave us a review

  • Earn 100 Points when you share us on Facebook

  • Earn 200 Points when you refer a friend who makes a purchase over $30

2. How many points do I have?

Click on Rewards and login to your account to see how many points you are having. 

3. How can I redeem or use my loyalty points?

You can redeem your points from Rewards.

  • 150 points equal $5 value.

  • 500 points equal $20 value.

Once you redeem your points, you will get the discount code to use at checkout.

4. How much money is worth 1 loyalty point?

  • For our members, you earn 1 loyalty point for every $1 you pay.
